Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Steam Refill ("we," "us," or "our") at steamrefill.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Steam Refill, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to use online services in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What Steam Refill Does
Steam Refill is an informational tool that scans publicly available data from third-party CS2 skin marketplaces to surface arbitrage opportunities. Specifically, the Service identifies skins that can be purchased on external marketplaces at a discount relative to their equivalent Steam Community Market value, enabling users to convert real-money savings into Steam Wallet credit.
The Service provides price comparison data only. Steam Refill does not:
— buy, sell, or broker CS2 skins on your behalf;
— hold, transfer, or custody any items or funds;
— guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data;
— guarantee any specific savings outcome from following our recommendations.
All transactions occur directly between you and the third-party marketplace of your choice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any opportunity before acting on it.
3. Third-Party Marketplaces
The Service displays data sourced from independent third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, Skinport, CSFloat, BUFF Market, DMarket, and others (collectively, "Marketplaces"). Each Marketplace operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, and fee schedule. Your use of any Marketplace is governed solely by that Marketplace's terms.
Steam Refill has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the availability, accuracy, legality, security, or content of any Marketplace. We do not endorse any Marketplace and are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your interactions with them. Before transacting on any Marketplace, you should review its terms and verify current pricing independently.
Prices shown in the Service may be delayed or out of date. Always confirm the live price on the Marketplace before completing a purchase.
4. Email Notifications
The Service offers an optional sell-reminder email notification feature. By subscribing, you agree to receive periodic transactional emails from Steam Refill at the address you provide. We will only send emails that are directly related to the reminders you have requested.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
By providing your email address you represent that you are the account holder or have permission to subscribe that address to notifications.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEAM REFILL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that pricing data will be accurate, complete, or current. Market conditions for CS2 skins can change rapidly and past arbitrage opportunities are not indicative of future results.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STEAM REFILL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.
6. No Affiliation with Valve
Steam Refill is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names "Steam," "Counter-Strike," "CS2," and all related marks, logos, and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. Use of these names on Steam Refill is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the platform and game for which the Service is relevant.
Nothing in the Service should be construed as a representation that Steam Refill is associated with or approved by Valve. All Steam Wallet interactions occur through your own Steam account under Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement.
